New Guest: Makoto Yoshimoto
We are happy to welcome Prof. Dr. Makoto Yoshimoto who joins our group to work on enzyme-polymer conjugates for biotechnological applications.
Makoto Yoshimoto is Associate Professor of Department of Applied Chemistry, Yamaguchi University, Japan. He received his Ph.D. in Engineering in 1999 from Osaka University. His current research interests include physicochemical properties of lipid membranes, enzymatic reactions in liposomal systems and applications of bioreactors.
At ETH, he is working on enzyme-polymer conjugates for biotechnological applications in the lab. of Prof. Peter Walde. Makoto Yoshimoto will stay until August 31, 2018. Welcome!
